All orders are despatched via courier service requiring a signature on delivery regardless of the order value. All orders are despatched from our UK warehouse stock and may, if required, be shipped in several packages. Currently, we are only able to ship to mainland UK addresses.

Free Delivery - Applicable on all orders of £50 or more

We are pleased to be able to offer FREE DELIVERY with our standard service on all orders of £50.00 or more. You can upgrade to Express delivery should you require your order urgently.


Standard Delivery - £6.00*

We aim to deliver your item within 2-4 working days. However, delivery times could be longer dependant on stock availability. We will always endeavour to keep you informed where this is the case.

Warehouse Opening Hours

Our warehouse is open from 9-5 Mon-Thurs and from 9-4 on Friday. Please ensure you place your order before 1pm if you wish to receive your goods via our Express/Next Working Day service. Please note, this service does not operate during the weekend.

BFPO (British Forces Post Office)

We are currently unable to ship online orders via BFPO. Please contact us should you require this service before trying to place any order.

Europe & Rest of the World

We are only able to ship to mainland UK addresses at present.


Delivery FAQ's

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and the destination of your parcel. We aim to deliver orders between 2-4 working days.

How long does it take to despatch orders?

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 working days. During peak times and in other exceptional circumstances this may take longer. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

I am keen to get my order as soon as possible, what do I need to do get my order next day?

Express shipment costs a little more and all we ask is that you ensure you place your order before 13.00 (Mon-Fri) so it can be delivered delivered the following business day. This is so we can make sure it is packed and ready for our next-day couriers collection slot, any later and we won’t have time to prepare your order before they arrive. Where possible we would ask that you choose standard shipping to reduce environmental impact. We will share your telephone number and email address with our shipping partner who may contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please note that weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. GoSystem are unfortunately unable to control or reimburse issues related to any of the above. But we have taken great care to work with only the best courier partners to ensure that your order makes its way to you as smoothly/quickly as possible.

What do I do if something goes wrong and I have not received my parcel?

We have a customer care team who are UK-based, brand-expert and ready to help should anything go wrong. They are contactable via customer.services@gogas.co.uk.

How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Our courier will also confirm to you via email and/or phone that they have your order. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you, and perhaps even re-direct if you are unable to sign for it.

What are your shipping rates?

Can I ship internationally?

Currently we are only able to ship to Mainland UK addresses.

What is your returns policy?

We operate a subsidised returns policy and partner with DPD to ensure that you have access to a premium, tracked courier service that will get your returned items back to us next day in most cases thereby enabling us to get you your money back into your account with minimal delay. All you pay is one low, flat-rate for any parcel you ship back to us using any of DPD’s 2500 strong network of drop off locations.

Are my returns tracked?

Yes they are, Evri only operate a tracked service and this gives you peace of mind that your returns parcel will get back to us quickly and safely.
